Free shipping is a myth, even more so today when we have to rethink our ways of ordering, and where prices are exploding. On average, sending a cushion home costs us €14, and between €75 and €180 per pouf (yes...!) depending on the volume and the department. Thus your participation is essential, and we prefer to display a little port than to include it in all products.
Orders to be delivered outside the EEC
You do not have to pay the Spanish VAT of 21% if you are delivered to a country outside the EEC. The price on your invoice is therefore mentioned HT (excluding taxes) which means "minus the 21% Spanish VAT".
The price you pay us is therefore reduced by 21% (test with a delivery address in Paris or Barcelona to see the prices with VAT for example). On the other hand, your local VAT and any sea dues (Dom Tom) specific taxes (USA) or customs clearance costs in the event of control of your package (Switzerland) are your responsibility upon arrival of the package. This does not depend on us, but on the local destination laws.

If your product is in stock at the time of your order, it is prepared within a week of its validation by payment. Parcels are handled by carriers from Monday to Friday. Certain traffic restrictions or additional delays related to public holidays may apply.
If your order is urgent, do not hesitate to let us know by email.
If your order contains one or more personalized products or poufs, sewn as and when ordered, allow 1 to 3 weeks for production by our sewing workshop.
Returns and withdrawal
Before, have you thought about ordering material samples? Have you read our comparison? Have you written to us or asked to be called back for lots of personalized advice?
I'm sure so, so ok, let's talk back. First of all, you should know that personalized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, as they were made expressly for you. For other products: you have 14 days to decide. But keep in mind that we can only accept the return of a product if it is in its original condition, that we can resell it completely as is. If you return a product that has been tested, has hair or pet hair, is wrinkled, washed or stained, etc., we will not be able to resell it. We will therefore apply a discount of 10 to 50% and the product will be placed on clearance or on display. It's a bit of a shame for everyone.
Your return request is made directly from your customer account on this site. In the order history, select the order, then the products concerned, and generate your return. We validate it and send you the withdrawal form to read, print, and attach to the package. The return address is on the voucher. Make sure you have properly protected the product(s). Upon receipt of the package, we check the condition of the products, and if everything is in order, we will reimburse you within 14 days maximum. And as if you had picked up a beanbag in the store and wanted to bring it back, it is up to you to send it back to us or bring it back by your own means.
